About Us
Since birth, Holly has grown up with and been involved in the sport of dogs. Her dad, Tim, was a trainer and hunting guide at the Running High Hunting Club in Bowie for twelve years and bred English Pointers, Setters, and Brittany Spaniels. Having grown up with many different breeds of dogs, Holly fell in love with the retriever’s natural talent in the field along with their laid back demeanor for therapy work, obedience, and cherished family pets.
Holly works for a small animal veterinary clinic where she has been a Certified Veterinary Assistant for six years. She is also a Certified Pet Care Technician through the American Pet Care Services Association and an associate member of Therapy Dogs International, Inc.

Originally having grown up with and hunted with Labrador Retrievers, Austin quickly gained the respect and love for Golden Retrievers after meeting Holly and her Golden gang.
Holly and Austin were married and are now breeding, raising, and training Golden Retrievers under the name Reading Retrievers.
